How do I know that my products were received at my EshopWedrop Shopping Address?

Our system automatically sends email notifications to you as soon as we receive your parcel(s). The following details are included in our email notification for each parcel received:



Tracking number

A direct link to your EshopWedrop account where you can see a picture with your parcel (parcels) as well as all the details above.

Also, optionally, you can pre-notify us about the arrival of a parcel, using the dedicated form available in your EshopWedrop account. You can do this only if you want to.
